Experience
1-2 yrs in Finance company or NBFC company
Description
- Candidate must possess good communication skills
- Candidate should have good experience in field collection
- Candidate must be flexible to travel
- Preferably from finance industry or NBFC sector
- Collections as per targets attached.
- Responsible for collecting installments from customers.
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity (Includes follow up & efforts of, Collection, Recovery teams).
- Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.
- Other task as delegated by the manager or management
