Any Degree

Experience
1-2 yrs in Finance Company or NBFC Sector

Job Description

  • Candidate must possess good communication skills
  • Candidate should have good experience in field collection
  • Candidate must be flexible to travel
  • Preferably from finance industry or NBFC sector
  • Collections as per targets attached.
  • Responsible for collecting installments from customers.
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity (Includes follow up & efforts of, Collection, Recovery teams).
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.
  • Other task as delegated by the manager or management
